Ordering and delivery

When will my order arrive?

Orders that require shipping within the U.S. will be delivered within three to ten days, depending on your preferred shipping method. We use ShipStation Shipping Software.  You will receive an email when your order ships with the tracking number so you can follow and see where it is.  It will also send another email when the carrier delivers your package so you know it has arrived. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered within 7 days.  We can check the order status and file a missing mail search with USPS.  If you haven't received a Fedex package in 3 days, please contact us so we can follow up with FedEx.  Please allow an extra 2 to 3 days during the Christmas season - we all know the carriers are busy but will do our best to get your fabric on its way as soon as possible.

Will my order ship in one piece?

Yes, we sell by the quarter yard so you can order just what you need for your sewing project.  We are just like other fabric stores with 10 yard and 15 yard bolts in stock.  Our staff take the bolt off the shelf to the cutting table, measure what you need, cut fold and place lovingly in an envelope to mail to your home.  If we don't have enough remaining or only have two pieces, we will email or telephone you to let you know so you have the option to cancel if pieces don't work for your project.  We sew too so full pieces are mandatory

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can absolutely return your item to us, within 14 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Just ship it back to us and the cost of the fabric will be refunded when received if item is unused and in good condition.
