Solid White Lightweight Flannel lining is thinner more breathable and offers less warmth than regular flannel.  Ideal for year round apparel like casual shirts, layering pieces or "shirting" flannel where comfort is needed without too much insulation.  I have been using these for the center batting for placemats or spring blankets - it has been perfect for added fluff for some spring rag quilts and a spring coat or bog shirt as an alternative to thicker batting
